I just realized it was Feb 1st so I decided to check my monthly totals.

This month I have burned 11,239 calories and have done 1,449 fitness minutes.. a total of 24 hours worth of working out!

I also reached my first small goal today of being 160 before Valentine's day, I have to go out soon to buy medium workout pants because my larges are trying to fall off me when I run and I have retired my size 12 jeans and I am walking around in size 10's. Yay! emoticon
