It's a whole new mindset, isn't it? And it keeps me going too. I think I would have stopped in frustration weeks ago (and I've only been here a few months), if it wasn't for all the encouragement from Spark and from wonderful SparkPeople! My weight loss is also very slow, but I'm able to look at non-scale victories and keep Sparkin'. I'm so glad that you are doing well and are supported by Spark! Keep Sparkin' for the long haul!

I think I realized things were starting to change when I started doing little 10-minute stretches of exercise, as suggested by Spark People Coaching, and taking a detour to go for a walk instead of postponing it til "later." Having faith that changes will come in my weight even though they are taking their sweet time!!! And happy with the changes that ARE happening...even if they're not the ones I started out wanting.
