Great news. Keep up the good work.

The rabbit lost the race, but the turtle won because he was slow and kept moving.

A year ago I had a complete physical, the results of which were eye opening. Several parameters were outside of the normal range in spite of living a 'healthy' lifestyle! It was suggested I use the SparkPeople website to track my nutrition and fitness. Now after a year of tracking and learning on SparkPeople, the results from this year's physical are ALL WITHIN NORMAL! I feel great and hope to keep it up with all the encouragement and information I receive from SparkPeople...YEAH!!!
