Approximately 2 years ago I joined SparkPeople and started a journey that I never completed. I lost around 23 pounds and stopped, only to gain it all back within 2 years. I started again in January and made the decision to stay off the scale for awhile. Today I decided to weigh and see where I was.....I am within 2 pounds of being where I was before. Now if I had continued, and lost as much as I have lost the second time around, I would have met my goal. But I will not dwell on that......just the thought that I am going to reach it this time and not lose the same pounds again.
Summer produce is overflowing--and cheap! Whether you grow it or buy it, it's easy to preserve your food so that you can save money and eat better long after the harvest is over.
