Last night I played my first show with the rock band - to a huge crowd. It was a great success and lots of fun. Between hauling equipment up and down stairs and playing 2 one hour sets, I lost 5 pounds - oh, and having no food in the apartment helped!
Too bad I can't count this as actual exercise somehow, maybe aerobic for the playing part, and something for the equipment hauling parts... I don't know, but it sure was a quick and easy way to drop a few pounds...
