I will work and 8 hour shift at WalMart trying to keep things straightened up and put back in the right place, as opposed to my usual 8 hours of stocking frozen food, so YES I will exercise!

No. I'll be spending about 5.5 hours driving to visit my family. By the time I get there, I'll be ready for turkey and all that goes with it.

Yes of Canada we had our Thanksgiving in October, so everything is open here on the US holiday.

Yes, I will do it first thing in the morning after prep is done on the food, and than after we all settle in for the night I will do a 30min cardio workout with my 8 year old step daughter (she tries to keep up, its cute).

Keep your mind on the goal and you will achieve.

Its better to feel like Jello after a workout than look like Jello by not working out.

I'll be at my daughter's, and if the weather cooperates we plan to go for a walk. Otherwise, I might try out her new Tony Little gazelle that her hubby found sitting on a curb as a give-away. ...brought it home and it works great!

I will do a long walk around the neighborhood or if the weather is too crappy then I will use my parents' elliptical machine. That and my sister, her husband and there two toddlers will be there so I figure I will get some sweat time chasing after the kids :)

I like to work out later in the afternoon or early evening and that's probably what I'll do on Thanksgiving Day as well, unless the weather is decent enough that we can all go for a walk after the meal.

I am registered for a Turkey Day Dash 5K on Thanksgiving morning. I am pretty excited, as this is my first 5K to participate in.
