I usually do a brunch, not easter dinner so this year will be a 'first'. We are doing slimmed down favorites of ham, green beans, potatoes, and asparagus.

Yes, we have a Lebanese stuffed cookie called maamoul. It's made with butter, coarse semolina flour, and we stuff it with walnuts, pistachios, or date paste. It's delicious.

Not this year. My husband and son are out of town anyway (went to visit the IL's, I did not have the vacation time to go with them) so it's all me!

i have a pan that makes bunny cupcakes. i always make them with my daughter. they are pretty big, so we usually dust them with powder sugar instead of frosting them. (both of my kids don't like frosting that much and usually scrape most of it off desserts.)

Yes,everything I bake or cook is special and done with love. I am not baking any goodies this time. I asked my sis to bring her healthy version of strawberry shortcake. I am baking a ham and chicken, greenbean casserole. The other stuff will be cooked on stove homemade. I will buy store bought dinner rolls because Winco has the best ones.

I am baking a cheese cake and a cinnamon swirl bread to bring to my friends for Easter.
