I know how you feel, this site is awesome though, it really helps to log on as much as you can and just track your stuff. I gained 81 lbs in 3 months back in 2009-2010. I weighed 150 before i gained the weight, which is very tough. ive never weighed over 160 before. I tried lots of stuff but this site really helps, I started losing weight in june, ive lost 36 pounds since ive been on this site getting closer to my goal. Wish you lots of luck!!!

Hi, I am 48 years old and I need to lose weight yet again. This time for good. I go from a size 8 to a size 16 in four months. It is crazy. I am trying to look for the good and do well at losing the extra pounds. My life is stressful and my day is long Most days I start at 5am and then end by 8pm. I don't know how to get it all done in one day, eat right and work out. Ugh, this is daunting.

Learning the ropes if you have any tips I am up for help!
