I sincerely believe that the reason I was able to lose all the weight I wanted consistently at a rate of 1 - 2 pounds per week was my complete resolve to doing all that needed to be done to make it happen. When I had a week with no lose which happened a couple of times I changed my workout and or became more mindful about my healthy whole unprocessed plant based
I do not think we all need to yo-yo or go on a plateau. The determination to be consistent was sometimes hard work...but it is SO worth all the effort it takes.
