I had a picture of myself at my heaviest on my fridge and that did help keep me from eating.

what about a picture of a body that is healthy? I know when I turn on the Food Network while I am on the treadmill, I stay on longer if Giada is on.

Actually, I think the opposite will happen. I will start getting urges to go out and find it

Just hang in there and keep going! The fat will melt away eventually!

It didn't appear overnight, so it will take time!

I was wondering if I take a picture per day of myself will it keep me from over eating, I think it's a great encouragement to not over eat if I have to look at myself in phots full bodied daily. I know this would work if I look in full body mirrors daily but I don't I just look from the waist up.

What do you think my spark community.
