I really need to incorporate them back in my workout. Last time I lost my weight (and yes I used the wii in between and I got to my goal weight) I used wii active (although I think they have a new one out but I used the original), Jillian Michael's fitness Ultimatum 2009, and Gold's Gym Cardio Workout. I also have My fitness coach but I'm thinking I didn't care for it as much? I know I used the wii active the most out of all of them.
Hi all, I'm just getting back into an exercise routine and I'd like to use my wii to do workouts at home. I have 2 Just Dance games and just ordered another. I also have the wii fit. Does anyone have any suggestions for good wii workouts? I plan on using it every morning M-F so I'd like to have a good bit of variety to prevent boredom. Thanks!
