You can get the Youtube channel for the wii, then watch videos through that. There are tons of workout videos on Youtube, including Spark workouts.

Thank you for the information. I have done all this, but for some reason it doesn't go to internet, keeps taking back to channel to download. I guess I will just keep trying.

Do note that the balance board won't integrate with SparkPeople - it will only work with the games that were built to use the board. Wii Fit and any fitness videos would function separately from one another.

I have a Wii fit with balance board...according to instruction you can search the internet on the Wii. I have looked and tried to find instructions because I want to be able to do exercise from Spark. Does anyone know how to get access to internet/Sparkpeople through the Wii?
