Ok - now I feel all smiley inside but I have gone over my calorie count many days learning how to eat....
Ok - I remembered something - I changed my activity level from sedentary to active bc of going back to work - would that account for 200 calories...?

I am doing good - I dont want to blow it LOL

You're losing weight too quickly! Spark lets you set up to lose a max of 2 lbs per week. You've averaged about 4 per week, so it's giving you some more calories to get your pace back where it needs to be and so that you can lose at a safe rate. Unless you are very overweight, 4 lbs per week is just too fast.

Working as intended!

Sounds like you are on the "new" plan. I believe that as you exercise more (and track it), your range goes up. The idea is that the more you exercise, the more you need to eat to support all of the exercise. Believe it or not, I found out personally long ago that it's true. The more I exercised, the more I ate, the more I lost.

Why are my recommended calories increasing? I joined 7-29-13. I have made sure my fitness is NOT changing the calorie count, I have lost 9 pounds, and its increasing recommended calories by 200? Please help....
