Hi all.... I haven't been on for a bit, but hit a point where I'm not sure what to do. My weight has hovered around 120 for the last 18 months, then suddenly in the past three weeks I have gained almost 20 POUNDS!! I was weighing in once a week/bi monthly but started weighing in every other day again. I had also stopped tracking food about a year ago and began tracking again after the first week I noticed a gain (gained six pounds). I haven't changed my excercise routine, I AM NOT eating differently (I started tracking again because I thought maybe I was taking in calories without realizing- I'm NOT) so what gives?!?!?!?!?! I'm so frustrated right now!!! I'm not stressed, I'm not eating wrong, my sleep patterns haven't changed, I'm still working out.... GAH!! Ideas anyone?? I'm almost to the point I think I should go see the doctor!
