Ok, here's the deal, I have drank diet soda for years. I stop for short periods of time, but then end up drinking it again. At one point, when I was near my heaviest, I would drink anywhere from 2 - 3 liters of it a day!!! Dropping from 367 down to I178 I have cut back to only 1 or 2 a day, however, today has been crappy, and my go too comfort has been, you guessed it, diet pepsi... I hate having this habit/addiction. I drink lots of water every day as well, I just want to get over my desire to drink this poison. Sooooo - if there are any of you out there that are willing to support/encourage me as I break this habit, it would be very much appreciated!!!!
