So why not walk around a golf course when It's closed or hike a State Park if you have one close to you.

If your only interest is losing weight, then don't exercise. You certainly don't have to. But for good health, exercising is key.

I will be honest and say I hate exercising. I have exercise induced asthma and I have since I was a kid. I really don't like the tightening of the chest and burning lungs. I also don't sweat so I overheat easily.

I'm doing pretty good losing weight just by monitoring my food intake so why do I need to exercise? I don't mind lifting weights or walking but I prefer to make them fun and just walking around my neighborhood seems blah so I take my son to the zoo or Sea World to walk around on the weekends. The best exercise I did was "bench pressing" my toddler but he's getting way too big to do that anymore.
