I will be honest and say I hate exercising. I have exercise induced asthma and I have since I was a kid. I really don't like the tightening of the chest and burning lungs. I also don't sweat so I overheat easily.
I'm doing pretty good losing weight just by monitoring my food intake so why do I need to exercise? I don't mind lifting weights or walking but I prefer to make them fun and just walking around my neighborhood seems blah so I take my son to the zoo or Sea World to walk around on the weekends. The best exercise I did was "bench pressing" my toddler but he's getting way too big to do that anymore.
