I always have this and it is perfectly normal. Prior to my losing a lot of weight, tho', I could gain a full dress size during the day, and my waist could increase a few inches from waking up to just after breakfast. My weight would increase a fair bit during the day. Since having lost weight, I don't retain as much fluid, and altho' I still get bulkier around the middle, it is no-where near as bad as it used to be.
As the day goes on we often tend to retain a bit of fluid.
The other thing is, do you really need 10-12 glasses of water a day. Most people don't, in spite of those who push you to drink as much as you can. Water is good for hydration, but a lot of people consume a lot more than is needed. You get fluid from food, too, and if you eat a lot of fruit/veges, and/or eat casseroles/soups, you are getting a fair bit of fluid from them. Even cheese has fluid. Be guided by thirst and the colour of your urine. If it is clear, then you can afford to cut back a little. Ideally, it should be a pale yellow.

Our bodies are not static things. They change day to day, even minute to minute. So yeah, if you're already pretty thin you're going to notice your waist being a bit bigger at the end of the day because *there's still food in your stomach.* Once you eat something, it doesn't magically disappear, your body takes 4-12 hours to digest it. That's why SP recommends weighing/measuring at the same time of day whenever you do it. Otherwise, your measurements will be off.

I have a flat stomach and some days my stomach seems a little bloated at the end of the day. (I am guessing that is what you mean by fluffy) and it is noticeable. I also weigh more at the end of the day than in the morning. I am not skinnier in the morning I didn't really put on a few pounds during the day. You may notice any difference between morning and night because you are smaller and are focusing on it. Try not to worry about it.
Maybe track your sodium and see if you are getting too much.

I looked at some of your nutrition tracker, and you seem to eat quite a bit of food that is high in sodium. That will cause water retention, which will cause bloating.

There is no such thing as being "fluffy." You are not any skinnier at the beginning of the day than you are at the end.

Here's what you might try. Have someone take a full length photograph of you first thing in the morning wearing the clothes. Go about your normal day. Then when you get home and notice a difference, have someone take another photo in the same clothes and position immediately. Compare the two photos. How radically different are they ?
If you feel up to it, would you be willing to post those photos in a blog for the SP community to look at ? Because if there is a difference it will show up in a photo.

You aren't doing anything wrong. This is a normal side effect of being alive. When you wake in the morning, you haven't eaten, exercised, or had anything to drink in hours. As the day moves on, you eat, drink, and exercise. Your body fills up with 'stuff'. You retain water, your muscles bulk up due to blood flow and movement, your GI tract fills with food (and by extension, gas and other things due to the digestive process).
If you are smaller, you might notice it more than other people. You might be more body-focused than some people so you notice it more. You might wear clothes that are a little small so you feel it more.
This is normal and happens to everyone. The difference is you notice it more because you are tuned into it. The only option for that is to not eat, drink, or move, and that is not healthy or reasonable.
Try not to worry about it. You are normal and not doing anything wrong. It is a fact of life.

I know it's not in my head, and I am very happy with who I am. Everybody has their flaws, and it's perfectly fine to work on those. However, I have noticed this a lot, and it just seems so weird that it can look so different from morning to night. I am not saying slightly fluffy. I am saying fluffy fluffy. I am not overweight, and I always had a nice flat tummy since I played soccer for over 12 years. Which makes my legs the part that I try to improve. Anyway, my abs are clearly visible in the morning, and pretty much gone by the end of the day. So I am just wondering what could trigger extreme changes like that. I am not obsessed with being perfect, I just would like to know why and what I could possibly do wrong throughout my day that causes this fluffiness.

I suspect what you're noticing is nothing more than some normal "bloating". That really isn't unsual. Even though you're drinking plenty of water to flush your system, we still can be a bit bloated by the end of the day for many different reasons. Water retention really is a logical reason your clothes might not seem to fit as comfortably as the morning. Also, remember, you're eating food and drinking water, that is going to cause your stomach to swell in size. that too is perfectly normal.
I think you are being too hard on your body. Stop trying to be perfect 24/7, that's just not a realistic expectation. We are our own worst critics. Flaws we see in ourselves, no one else sees.
Stop nitpicking your body.

Everybody knows this. We all feel the skinniest in the morning. It feels great. However, by the end of the day I feel round and fluffy! I hate it. Even when I make good food choices, stay in my range I look and feel a lot rounder around my tummy and hip area. I feel fluffy! Shirts seem to be tighter, and if we get ready to go out some clothes don't look as flattering anymore. I know I am not gaining and losing fat in this short amount of time, but something changes, that's for sure! I am drinking at least 10-12 cups of water a day to stay hydrated ( i have been consistent with this for the last few weeks every dayt). I only have an occasional glass of wine, but rarely ever more that one serving, and that not every night of the week. So, why do I look and feel so different by the end of the day even though I did not over eat? Maybe some of you guys experience the same problem?
