I'm not sure why that would have happened. I apologize if it messed up your meal planning for the week.

If you see it happen again, please let me know and I can ask our Tech folks to check into it further.

Thanks!

I do not recall changing any of my goals during this week. I have only bee on Spark people for a short time, coming to the end of my second week.

The calories recommended have not changed. But I reviewed the menu for Saturday also and that has changed from what I printed out at the beginning of the week.

Did your recommended calorie range change? Have you changed anything about your goals within that time period?

On Feb 2, I printed my spark menus for the week as we would be away from the computer and I like to see what is suggested to eat for each meal.

We came back home and I had access again to the computer and went online to track Breakfast. The meal plan for Friday, Feb. 8 is totally different than the meal plan I printed at the beginning of the week for Friday, Feb. 8th. Why????????
