There's only 2.5 calories in an 8 oz cup. You could drink 4 cups of coffee for 10 calories. I'm worried for you if you think that's a lot of calories.

How many calories do you think are in a cup of coffee? Because if it's two and a half, and that is somehow getting turned around in your head into "so many calories," that seems to me to be a way bigger problem than your coffee intake.

I don't think there are enough calories in coffee to be too concerned.

I just entered "regular coffee" and got 2.4 calories. What surprised (and pleased) me was that coffee is fairly high in potassium, I had no idea.

2 cups of black coffee have about 5 calories according to the tracker. That's not much at all!

I thought black coffee was a free drink like water. I had no idea that there were so many calories in one cup.
