I haven't exercised since Sunday. Why? I've had a terrible case of the flu, and just to stay awake all day is a major accomplishment. Stiff neck, shaking chills, hard cough, sore throat, body aches, headache, fever, the whole bit. My temp was 101.8 Monday night, its highest. At least that's gone now, but the other symptoms are hanging on. My chest just aches and aches from all the coughing, and I hardly have a voice.

I've lost weight, but it's not b/c I'm eating well. I have not had an appetite, manage what would be considered one small meal a day. And I have no energy for exercise. I'm so tired every day, and usually take a two-hour nap.

I can't wait for this to be over so I can get back into my normal routine.
