Ok, my answer is lame and materialistic but it's true (for me), water is the best because my muscles are 75% water and when I'm hydrated I look freakin BIG! When I don't drink very much water or when I drink a lot of coffee, not only I feel FLAT but I don't look as buffed.

State your reason why one is better that the rest and why!
I think water is best because your body I made mostly of water and we usually don't get enough which helps to contribute to health issues!
Tea comes in second because it requires a process to make it and you can't get it at any time anywhere when you want it!
The race to fitness is unending for when you reach your goals, it becomes a race to stay ahead of the temptations that seek to pull back to where you came from!
