How amazing and inspiring ! I too have a Woo Hoo week with going to the gym in the morning becoming second nature, tracking , meal planning and feeling great :)

After following the free trial of SparkCoach, I decided to purchase it for a year because I wanted something to help me stay focused. I knew it would take close to a year to reach my goal. I am learning so much already! ...and am 13 pounds lighter. Whoo Hooo! I am not a very "structured" person. I am the "fly by the seat of your pants" artistic type. So doing anything consistently is not normal for me. But I am finding consistency, and the benefits it brings. For over a month now, I have been getting up a half hour earlier, going through my coach session for the day and planning my meals on the food tracker. I have also added doing a 10-12 minute exercise video with this routine. Then, no matter how my day goes, I have my 10 minutes in. Of course, most days I do more later on, but if it is not possible, I don't beat myself up, because I have those 10 minutes done first thing. Every morning, when I go through the Coach session, my final page is the Whoo Hoo page. So, I get them every day.
