similar to my diet of vegan raw. I am sure you get cooked meat though in yours. I don't eat meat though. I love eating what I tenderly and lovingly call God's Food.

I recently ran across the Whole Living Magazine 2012 Action Plan online, so I decided to give it a try. After a month (December) of traveling, eating whatever I wanted, and neglecting to exercise, the high-fiber, all-veggie, no-lactose approach of this plan is appealing to me. I started today, and I was wondering if anyone else has tried this plan or a similar one. What are your thoughts?
