Does anyone else remember those ads in women's magazines of the 60s, with the vibrating belt? I think I even encountered one (probably an antique) at the YWCA at some point! :)

I have friends that have that machine. The husband only does that, and the wife does that but also walks every day. Who looks like they are losing weight? The wife. The husband does not appear to have lost any. So does it work? I think not. Which you probably already realize....if it was that easy we would all own one. lol emoticon

Dr. Mercola says they are great. I"ve read some of his articles and I think he has a clip on YouTube. He just had a new article today, but I didn't get that link on here. I love Dr. Mercola.

Do read "THE SUGAR FIX" by Richard Johnson M.D. and watch his lecture on YouTube. Also, read "WHEAT BELLY" by William David M.D. He has lectures on YouTube.

Has anyone tried these machines? Do they actually give you a workout and help with toning and weight loss?
