I'll be honest, I have a problem with this. I don't TRY to eat lower carb, but as days go on, I find that my ranges just tend to hover under my minimum range post of the time. Why, I don't know. I don't avoid whole grains, and I love my veggies.

It's not sabotaging me though, so I'm not stressing. ;) My carbs are generally very healthy ones!

Writer, mother, wife, and breadwinner. I love to run, but running doesn't love me, so I'm switching to my low-impact bike.

Eating vegetables, fruits, and carbs, from whole grains, baked sweet potaoes, eating 5 or more vegetables and fruits each day

I do. I eat vegetables, fruits, and carbs like rice, wheat, and potatoes. Everything in moderation and thus measured out. I usually cut up fresh vegetables or fruits and eat them as snacks at work.

Please, Omnivores only!
Vegetarians, Vegans and other Meat restrictive diets are no brainers on meeting this challenge! For them, I'd wonder if they meet their fat and protein challenges?

What are you eating to get there? More fruits or more veggies? Or maybe a constant switch up between the two?

The race to fitness is unending for when you reach your goals, it becomes a race to stay ahead of the temptations that seek to pull back to where you came from!
