So I have been on this journey for about a month in a half..with no results unfortunately but i weighed myself on a whim today and i lost 2-3 pounds! (my scale varies by 1 pound usually) I am really excited even though it isn't much it gives me more motivation to keep trying and that all my efforts arent for nothing.
So exited and motivated today...this is the first weight loss I get to submit to my sparkpeople account. Maybe i'll actually start a weight ticker now lol
