I started out with the intention to weigh in every 2 weeks, which I did the 1st time. But this time I weighed in at a week because next week I should have a visitor that comes monthly, and well I didn't want to get discouraged if she brings her typical few pound weight gain...lol

I hit the scales at 281 :) That is 3.5 down from the 284.5 last Tuesday. That is 22 pounds down since 2/19. I am ecstatic. I was so scared that going under my calorie limit on several occasions was going to hurt me.

You would think with 22 pounds gone, I might be able to tell a LITTLE difference in the way my clothes fit...but I don't. That's a little strange to me. But I do feel better, and I can bend over and put my socks on without thinking I am gonna pass out. I was able to go 15 mins on my bike Saturday, when I started out at 5 mins the week prior.

All in all, I am very satisfied :) gonna keep on keeping on.
