Good for you!! I found since I've been sticking to my healthy choices, I'm less hungry, sleeping better and more alert/energetic. Who knew water was really as healthy as everyone's been saying?

Been very faithful on my eating this week and I'm not nearly as hungry as I usually am. I mean today my dinner was pasta, in a small bowl because that was the serving size and I was FULL! I've also had more energy this week. I love it!
