I'm still looking for that person or people. Kind of discouraging because I'm "there" for other people. It's like no one cares.

I mainly come here for support. My kids are supportive but I would rather not engage them in my journey at this point though they do make comments and are always being complimentary. I do this for me and i would rather not get into it with them. I have been reading alot about how to be successful and just working the plan and creating new habits and that seems to be working for me. emoticon

If I can't dig deep and give myself some motivation, I can get it from my mom or my boyfriend.

Sadly, I have no family or friends (outside of SparkFriends) who I can turn to for support. Not one of them is truly interested in improving the health quality of their life, and while they may like /love me, they're no help.

Thank heavens for the SparkPeople community where I'm encouraged when I'm down, kicked in the backside (in a virtual sense) when I'm being whiny or lazy, or applauded when I reach a goal.

My number one go to person should be Christ as I know he is the true comforter, but I am not always quick to pray.

My go to people are my best friend, my spark mama, mentor and spark friends.
