Just wondering if anybody has done or currently does the bodyrock.tv workouts?
I have been doing them for a little less than a month, and I LOVE THEM!!!
I love the fact that 75% of the exercises are body weight exercises, and I can do it in my living room, with little to no workout equipment.
I have lost 7 pounds in 1 month and sweat like a beast doing these workouts!
Any rants or raves about them?
