I had done the religiously all summer, but have waned off in September. I definitely love the workouts! They are easy to modify if you do not have the proper equipment (free weights in a gym bag wrapped in a small blanket= my sandbag). I lost almost 6 inches from my body during the first month. I also use litealloy.com to find other bodyrock workouts and ZWOWs to do.

I make up my own Bodyrock workouts based on the equipment I have at home and BR for inspiration. They accomplish a lot in a small amount of time for sure.
I miss Z though and like the older workouts better than the new ones.
