I hate when I am looking forward to a swim only to realize in the locker room that my suit is at home still wrapped in my towel from my last swim. Sucks. Running is not the same when you were looking forward to swimming.

I forgot my sport socks once; now I leave an extra pair in the gym bag. I forgot my sports bra and that's no good!

I used to work a mile from my house, good thing! There was a free gym in the building. Once I forgot the unmentionables. Had to get dressed without them, walk through the building, ran into four men I work with on the way to the car to run home.
Another day, I got all showered then realized I left my bag when I stopped at my desk with my work clothes and unmentionables. I had to put the sweaty, icky clothes back on and go back down to my desk, running into several people I worked with. Eeeeyuck!

Forgot undergarments for after the shower and work out. I had just gone to the gym in my bathing suit, so I had nada. I had to cross my arms over my tshirt and just run out and into car and PRAY I didn't get into an accident :P
I once forgot to pack socks in my gym bag. I knew if I drove back home to get them (after bring at work all day) i wouldnt go back to the gym, so I worked out without socks! Gross I know, but hey it got the job done.
Who has forgotten to pack something important in your gym bag? I workout in the morning, so I wear my gym gear in... but I have to pack my outfit for work. Today I forgot a key item... underwear!!! What's the most important thing you've forgotten??
