I am 9 pounds away from losing 100 and I've stalled, got sick and I really need to have something to work towards for the end of 2011.
So how about a challenge starting either this Fri or next? there are 14 week before the end of 2011. If I focused on just losing 1.5lbs a week, I would be down 21 pounds... and would be 2 pounds away from the 130's.
I'd love to set small goals to reach each week, things that can help me be heathier beyond the scale :)
I need competition, for a girl who sucks like stale goobers at most sports, I have a blast competing..in a positive way of course!
