Hanging out with friends. If we're out at a restaurant, it isn't so bad because I can get healthy menu items. But if we're at someone's apartment, then I'm kind of limited to what they have on hand. Granted, this isn't a daily occurrence, but still enough that makes me feel BLAH afterwards.

I have also been having issues with getting off track. I will go really strong and track everything and then I will just run out of time or the kid needs this, the husband needs that lol. I am at a stand still with my weight loss too. Think I need to switch up my routine to shock my body.
My husband eats anything and everything all the time and never gains weight & he takes thyroid medicine. I just can't eat what he does.
What has helped me is reading Richard Bernstein MD "The Diabetes Solution" and watching his lectures on YouTube. He has had Type 1` diabetes since he was 12 and is a healthy 78 now. He eats low carb. I don't have diabetes, but I do have Insulin Resistance like all obese people. I've learned so much from him about why I struggle to lose and then regain when I do.
