I d on't think that's a normal effect of exercise. If it continues, I'd strongly encourage you to contact your doctor. Eyes have no pain receptors, so problems often manifest as visual. We can't, unfortunately, diagnose this. Google wasn't much help either, so I think if it happens again, a call to your doc would be the best bet.

Has anyone else ever experienced this? I ran two miles this morning and upon coming home, I had white rings flashing in front of my eyes, kind of right in the middle of my vision. It lasted maybe 5 minutes. I drank some water and cooled down and it went away...
