Thanks. The Cool Whip is called for in the recipe, unfortunately. I might have to go back for the regular Whipping Cream then.

Don't know about half and half, but Skim Milk makes a wonderful whipped topping! Just skim milk, a splash of vanilla and the stevia and whip on high until light and fluffy peaks form! It may take several minutes. It does NOT keep in fridge and will turn back into milk so Must be Used soon after making. Don't use in a reciepe where whip cream is called for as part of the ingredients. Topping only.

Can a person whip half and half and get it whipped enough to make whipped topping? I am wanting to make some cheesecake using Splenda or Stevia. Most of the recipes I find call for Cool Whip, but I don't want to use Cool Whip. I couldn't find any whipping cream.
