I've recently have been trying to figure out which tracker I wanted between the Bodymedia, Fitbit One, Fitbit Flex(which isn't out yet), and Nike Fuelband.
Bodymedia Pros: More accurate in tracking Tracks sleep as well as calories burned
Cons: over $100 and you have to pay a monthly subscription (about $7/month) to use their online tracking tool. You have to wear it on your left arm, which might not always be covered up.
FitBit One Pros: Free online tracking tool and iPhone app (not sure if Android app is out yet) Small, can put it on your brastrap, pocket, waistband. Tracks sleep, calories burned, steps, stairs climbed At $100 and you don't need to buy anything else to use it.
Cons: Not the most accurate, but definitely useful Could fall off
Wii Fit Pros: The balance board actually measures your weight. Yoga, Strength, Balance and Aerobics exercises
Cons: You can easily do these exercises on your own and not spend the extra money You have to be motivated to use it, or it will just sit there.
It's about personal preference. But I hope these help you out a little :)

I think that this comes down to a personal choice. Have you got a friend who has one that you might be able to borrow and see which one takes your fancy the most?
You might also find a consumer feedback site on the internet if you google it, too!
Which one would you get more use out of. Which one would truly help you get to your ultimate goal. The wii fit could become expensive as you buy the different things you need for it. I don't know anything about the body media. If that is the band you wear on your arm, I wouldn't be interested only in that I don't feel any need to be questioned by people. I love my fit bit. Currently I have the ultra. I like it because i can clip it in my bra and no one sees it. i wear it to bed, through exercise, and every minute throughout the day. i also find it is pretty close to what SP determines as well.I will replace it with the one when I need to. Hopefully this helps

I am planning to buy myself a 'motivation present' if I hit my summer goal (note: a simple excuse for shopping) , and I am wondering which item to buy. I can only get one thing, though I don't know *which* and prices seem about the same for all :
