That depends a lot on you, do you have anything like diabeties?? Makes a big difference, I have a formula that my dietician showed me to make sure that I am within 50% of my carbs intake to calories. Recently I was diagnosed with diabeties and the dietician has taught me so much, I can't begin to tell you, and I have lost a total of 42.6 pounds since March 31st. A bit of that is water weight, but most is just plain hard work!!!!
Also, all parts of Spark should be in agreement as to whether you've hit a range or not today. If they are not, it's helpful to the Spark staff if you would say what figures you see on which pages.
*What* says that you hit carbs already? *What* says that you didn't? It's not clear here and nobody can help with the information provided.
Sounds like a site issue if they're not matching. You should get consistent info from the site so you shouldn't have to be asking "which one do I follow?"

You should be looking at your overall totals for the day. If you make your tracker public then people can give you more info.

I noticed tonight while looking at my total stats for the day that many of the numbers don't add up! One spot says I am over my max carb allowance, another spot says I still have leeway. Despite following all the meals the site gave me, and supposedly being within the given guidelines, the meals individually seem to come out right, but the total says too many carbs and not enough fat! So does anyone have an idea which lines I should be paying attention to? Because I am very confused now as to what I should be eating and whether or not I am actually sticking to the diet. And being confused makes me want ice cream...
