I noticed tonight while looking at my total stats for the day that many of the numbers don't add up! One spot says I am over my max carb allowance, another spot says I still have leeway. Despite following all the meals the site gave me, and supposedly being within the given guidelines, the meals individually seem to come out right, but the total says too many carbs and not enough fat! So does anyone have an idea which lines I should be paying attention to? Because I am very confused now as to what I should be eating and whether or not I am actually sticking to the diet. And being confused makes me want ice cream...
