I would love to say it is my lunch but on my work days it is dinner because i have little time for food during the day. I work in view of the public and there is a strict rule of NO food at your desk and since there are few days i get breaks i am pretty hungry when i get home but on the weekends my big meal is around 1 pm so then in the evenings something small and light is perfect.

Dinner because it's the only predictable meal I always eat with my family. But I'm working on evening out the daily calories.
usually dinner, but occasionally if I'm eating out after Church I choose my lunch as my heavier meal... and then for dinner it's always on the lighter side, it can be a sandwich with fresh veggies on the side, soup & salad or eggs and toast, comparable to what I'd normally eat for lunch...
Usually lunch. I'm not usually hungry in the mornings so I have to force breakfast down.. and I usually work evenings/nights at work so I don't get to eat nothing but a sandwich or something like that.
