Since the human body is not engineered so that you can effectively separate muscle groups, my opinion as a trainer is to leave those workouts to those who want to look "pretty" in a contest. I answered your first question in that post.

It is called WORK-ing out for a reason.

I said getting fit was simple, I did not say it was easy.

Cardio burns calories, strength work burns fat.

Eat well to lose weight, exercise to get fit

You can not build a six pack using twelve packs

Often when we seek a magic bullet for fitness we end up shooting ourselves in the foot.

Specialized workout programs are programs that fall into categories!
Upper Body.
Lower Body.
Abdominal Workouts.
Butt Build and Shaping.
Cardio Workout!
And so on and so forth!
What have you tried and what are you using now?
How hard was it and how long did it take to reach your goal?
Was it, Is it worth the effort?
What were the greatest benefits and what did it not provide that you wished it did?

The race to fitness is unending for when you reach your goals, it becomes a race to stay ahead of the temptations that seek to pull back to where you came from!
