Since the human body is not engineered so that you can effectively separate muscle groups, my opinion as a trainer is to leave those workouts to those who want to look "pretty" in a contest. I answered your first question in that post.

Specialized workout programs are programs that fall into categories! Upper Body. Lower Body. Abdominal Workouts. Butt Build and Shaping. Cardio Workout! And so on and so forth!
