Ditto. Burpees. I absolutely without a doubt, LOATHE burpees. I'll do them, but I definitely don't like them.
PS - Angel, I did the Spartan Sprint last November. And yes, the Spartans are absolutely obsessed with their burpees. Just as a heads up, they start you with a set of burpees to warm up and they have another set towards the end just when you think you don't have to do another set. It wasn't pretty, but this old hag made it across the finish line.

Burpees. They are so tough! But I'm training for a 5K obstacle course race later this year, and you have to do 30 burpees for any obstacle you miss, so I've got to get my numbers up.
They're fantastic, though, for overall conditioning of all your major muscle groups, so it's not a waste of time to get good at them!

Ugh, I second lunges... there is no other exercise I hate more but they're so darn effective I have to include them. I just find them a bit of balancing act and I have terrible balance.

I hate doing any form of machine cardio, can tolerate outdoor running but prefer cycling for my limited cardio. I get my cardio by doing strength only circuit training which gives me to biggest bang for my buck and is the best utilization of my training time.

I dislike the overhead press with the dumbbell and the airplane/ exercise with the body laying prone and lifting the arms and legs in a reciprocal fashion.
I love my cardio but not as happy with my ST.
