When I buy one, I'll invest in the one that monitors sleep since sleep hygiene is a problem for me. If quality and/or quantity of sleep is an issue for you, then the additional cost might be worth it.

I have the FitBit One, and I love it. I don't use it to track my sleep (after the first couple of nights), because I don't feel like it gives me all that much information. I haven't seen the size of the Zip, but I think the One is about perfect.

I've been seeing this mentioned a lot of places but I don't know much about them, guess I need to do some research. emoticon

I bought a One but don't use it to track my sleep, so I would have been just as satisfied with a Zip (and it's cheaper.) So I think it depends what you're going to use it for.

I can't decide whether to buy the FitBit Zip or the FitBit One. What do you think?
