I use designer whey protein- vanilla int he morning before my workout and it keeps me full til 12 (lunch) I usually have it in a smoothie 1/2 cup greek yogurt and banana or berries.

Why not try chia seeds in your smoothies? I have recently started eating/drinking these and find they really help me to stay fuller for longer. They are packed with protein and fibre, too.

I agree, the greek yogurt is a better option.

I looked at your nutrition tracker, and I see no need for more protein. It looks like you are getting about 60-100 grams daily.

For your smoothie---use greek yogurt and if you want to get a little more protein add nonfat dry milk powder. It will give you a little more protein and is much less expensive.

I use Designer Whey Vanilla. It is natural and doesn't have the artificial sugar in it. I buy it on Puritan Pride website and it's a reasonable cost. Me personally, I stay away from anything that has artificial sugar in it.

I love EAS Whey Protein ~ it's easy to find (I buy it at Target), it's not super expensive, and it has a lot of protein. It also has LOW sodium, fat, carbs, etc. I add it to my green smoothies.

I want to start adding whey pro to smoothies, is this suggested? my goal is to stay full till lunch. Can you suggest any?
