I'm not sure as I've never done that. You may want to try posting your question in the Diet and Nutrition forum. Our dietitian may see it there and be able to respond or possibly some other members that have done that.

I made a batch of greek yoghurt a few days ago and have frozen the liquid (whey?) strained off it in ice cube trays, about 30ml each portion. Does anyone have any idea how many calories might be in a 30ml portion? I did a search using 'whey liquid' but I'm guessing this could be very different to what I have. I was thinking of adding a couple of cubes to smoothies to use it up. Is there any other way I could use it - I believe you can use it as liquid when you are making bread but would appreciate any suggestions.
