I like the turkey taco idea , picking that up on my next shopping trip . thank you emoticon

Do you like fish? It can be cooked in so many ways and an awesome source of protein. Also, turkey is great. I love using ground turkey for a beef substitute (for taco salad, burgers, etc.)

Plus, different cuts of beef are more lean than others. You don't have to fully cut it out :-)

So I am new to SP ........ 8 days straight -4oz skinless boneless Chicken Breast , Tried 4oz Beef kabobs Tonight yummy.
What other protein is lean ? emoticon
