I buy Bob's Red Mill bulgur - it's in the organic section of our grocery store.

I bought some a few weeks ago at Kroger. It was besides the barley near the rice and dry beans. I took it out of the package after I opened it so I couldn't tell you what brand it was.

You may also be able to find it in the "Organic" aisle of your grocery store if they have one...otherwise it can usually be found in the bulk section.

Hi! I usually find it in the same aisle with the dry beans and lentils are in my regular grocery store... however I've also seen it in our local bulk store.

good luck!

I want to try the bulgar lentil salad from Sparkpeople recipes but I have never bought bulgar wheat. I have never seen it in the store. Where is it generally located? Or is it a specialty shop item?
