Well for me, I decided I was the motivation. I wanted it, but my goal is to establish a healthy lifestyle. I am trying really hard to plan healthy meals in advance healthy snacks. There are days I am more motivated than others. Today is not one of those days, but since I had my lunch and snacks packed and prepped it was easy for me to stay on track.
Spark points motivate me too. I like seeing them accummulate. Your baby deserves the best you possible, perhaps the toddler is your motivation? Lots of options.
Best tips I can give you are plan ahead. Track it daily and do your best :)

I don't think motivation is the answer. it comes and goes. I think planning is the answer, at least for me. Check out my sparkpage. I have been here nearly 6 years. i have lost 200+ pounds and have kept it off over 2 years now....was I motivated each day, nope ....but I planned my meals planned my exercise, planned for fun and it worked and it seems to keep working... learn to love yourself no matter what...you are worth it...

So I have been trying to loose baby weight for quite some time (the baby is 15 months). I have had a few set backs but now there are no excuses. Well except for the fact that I need to find motivation, drive, passion to work hard and do this! I know what I have to do, I know how to do it, I just need a push! In the past I have found motivation in upcoming events, seeing old friends or competing with others. But now I need to find something within myself. I need to do this for me and not for other things. I need to feel better in my skin! So what motivated/s you? I would love to hear about it!
