I gain first in my waist and lose first in my waist. My waist is constantly changing!!

My thighs are the most stubborn. I do lose fat there, but I have SO MUCH that it seems verrrry slow.

I'm very pear-shaped, and when I gain/lose, I notice the effects in my hips and thighs the quickest!

I believe I noticed it first on my face though I have lost everywhere at this point. I don't weigh myself so the way I know that I am losing weight is that I am slowly reclaiming my clothes. Its a good feeling.

I think I notice weightloss from the extremities inward... my upper arms first.

I usually gain in my upper arms, lower belly, butt, and upper thighs... and lose from my upper belly and boobs first! Whaaaatt. :(

I lose weight in my stomach first, which drives other women crazy, because so many think of their tummy as being a trouble spot.

Absolutely last for me is my thighs. Gah!
