Thanx ladies....I just have no idea if she ever did calculate her calories required per day or if she could get anywhere past that page when first signing in to Spark.com She seems to be floundering around eating cereal twice a day and very little else...about 800 calories is a big day for her. I just bumped into her when I read her blog....she's only at about 500 points...so she's that much of a "newbie". I'll get her there from what you tell me....
What do you mean by "original calorie plan page"? What does she want to do?
The information below about changing the goal is good - that is what calculates your nutritional range now. Clicking the 'change' link for both weight and fitness, and updating and saving both pages, will recalculate the nutritional range. That may be all your friend needs.
There is no place to go to re-enter information that you put in when you signed up, just the constant changing of goals.
I'm trying to help someone get to this page and told her that I would ask the people who know! She's floundering because she doesn't have that figured out and I forgot where it was...I know i used it when I first signed up on Spark. Thanx in advance for your help!!
