Last time I was on Sparkpeople regularly in 2006, in the track My Fitness area you could look up strength training exercises by which part of the body you were training and it showed a couple pictures of the exercise and form.

Is this gone for good or has it been moved? Can anyone help guide me to where it is now?

I have my old strength workout on my computer but a couple of them I don't remember the best form. Help!
