you can create your own exercise under your fitness tracker...that is what I do when I can't find.

I read about doing the side lying abduction shoulder exercise in one of the Spark articles, so I tried it. Very good! However, I can't find it on the Strength Tracker ( I use the older version, I like it better). How do I log my exercise when doing these?
